I'm KristiÂ
Hello!
I am an etiquette nerd at heart, and I believe it is the most practical tool we have for building relationships. And trust me, it all comes down to relationships. People work with those they trust and like, and our social circles grow when we are authentic and care about others.

For more than twenty years, I worked in television news sharingthe stories of my community and overseeing the station’s brand. I hired, led, and developed on-air talent, teaching communication and professional image, and seeing firsthand how those skills influence careers and reputations.

Today, I teach practical etiquette skills that help people connect more easily at work and in social settings. I am certified through the Emily Post Institute and now work alongside the Institute as Sales Director and Training Coordinator, supporting fellow trainers as they grow their businesses.

I also share etiquette advice through media interviews, which lets me put my journalism degree to work from time to time. I focus on modern manners and showing how consideration, respect, and honesty show up in everyday life, not just in formal situations.

When I am not teaching or writing, I love cooking for my two boys, my husband, and entertaining friends and family.
Relationships over Rules
Etiquette is more than just following a list of rules. It's about using good manners to build relationships with others and treating them the way they want to be treated. When we're aware of our own actions and treat others with kindness, we can make a real difference.
